To arrive at this verdict, iVerify Malawi analysed the information and structure of the letter and interviewed Engineer Vitumbiko Mumba and Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) spokesperson Wilma Chalulu. Mumba disowned the letter and described it as fake. Chalulu said MRA is not aware of anything regarding such a letter.
