A court document indicates that the High Court in Lilongwe has dismissed the application by the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) presidential candidate, Dr. Lazarus Chakwera and the party in which the applicants wanted the court to restrain the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) from declaring/publishing final 2025 presidential election results.
